Shipping from USA
Cancellation of orders will be accepted within 6 hours of shopping Cart Checkout time. Please email to GelatinArtTools@gmail.com to cancel your Order within 6 hours of order placement in our site.
Please make sure your address is correct before you pay.
The item will be shipped within 1-3 business days after we received your payment.
We send shipment confirmation with tracking number by email.
Delivery time depends on destination and other factors.
- USA destination: around 3 business days. - USPS First Class package
- International destination: around 2-5 business days - Priority Shipping
For international shipping: responsibility for any customs or import duties is with the buyer.
Local Sales Tax
If the order is shipped within Virginia, the law requires that local sales tax be added to the order total including the amount of the shipping charge. We do not collect tax for orders shipped out of Virginia. Purchases in our store are subject to a valid local sales tax.
- BeFun will replace any goods that arrive at their destination faulty or damaged. Notification of faulty or damaged products must be received by BeFun within 48 hours of the package being received. Under these circumstances, BeFun will provide instructions on how to return goods in an appropriate manner. These details can be obtained either by telephone on 703 831 2537 or by email to GelatinArtTools@gmail.com
- BeFun will replace any undamaged item within 30 days of purchase so long as the product is returned in its original condition including unopened and unmarked packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase in the form of an original tax invoice/receipt and/or packing slip.
- Item should be in new condition with original packaging and accessories.
- If the Item was received damaged or defective on delivery to your door step.
- Incorrect item was shipped.
- We'll also provide free return shipping if your return is the result of our error. But we do not accept returns of opened items as described above.
- All claims of shortage or damaged goods must be made within 48 hours of receipt of goods. Goods may not be returned without prior authorization.
- Any products returned to BeFun are at the customer's own cost and risk.
- Delivery and handling charges on returns are not refundable for incorrect choice or change of mind.
This warranty does not apply where:
- the damage to or defect in the Product is caused by normal wear and tear.
- the Product has been used for commercial purposes.
- the Product has been used for purposes other than the purpose for which it was designed.
- the Product has been repaired by someone other than BeFun.
- the Product has been subject to abnormal conditions, whether of temperature, water, humidity, pressure, stress or similar.
- corrosive or abrasive matter has been applied to the Product.
- the defect in the Product has arisen due to the original purchaser's failure to properly maintain or use the Product in accordance with the Use and Care Instructions specified by BeFun.
- the Product has been misused, abused, neglected or involved in an accident.
- This warranty does not cover scratches, stains, discoloration or damage caused by overheating.
We offer a 30 day return/exchange policy for our products. Shipping cost is not refunded. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. For items that are returned, it may take up to 3 days to issue your refund.
No refund will be issued if returned product is damaged beyond use, if it has been used, or if product has been damaged in shipping as a result of customer using insufficient return packaging.
No returns will be accepted beyond 30 days of invoice date. No partial returns are offered.
Customer need email or call prior to returning any product. Any returned product must be accompanied with a return authorization number, written explanation for return, and a copy of the original invoice if applicable.
Consider using a trackable shipping service to ensure that the package is delivered to us.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
